National Vision, Inc. d/b/a America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses signed a long term lease for 3,420 square feet at Centfort Plaza.  America’s Best  has over 500 retail stores across the country, and more locations being added every day, providing thousands of quality eyeglasses, contact lenses and safety glasses. They will take over the space located between GameStop & AAA. Karnit Mosberg and David Landes of Royal Properties, Inc. represented the landlord and Marc Durst of Sholom & Zuckerbrot represented the tenant in this transaction.

Ralph’s Italian Ices & SoBol signed a long term lease for at Centfort Plaza.  Ralph’s & Sobol serves italian ices along with healthy and invigorating acai bowls topped with fresh fruit and homemade granola.  They joined forces taking over the frozen treat scene with vigiourous expansion plans throughout New York with goals of expanding into Westchester County.  They will take over the former Red Wing Shoes space in between Mattress Firm and European Wax Center. Karnit Mosberg and David Landes of Royal Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers in this transaction.

Centfort Plaza is a highly visible strip center along the heavily traveled Central Park Avenue (Route 100) with over 50,000 cars per day.  Tenants include Mattress Firm, Domino’s Pizza, GameStop, AAA, European Wax Center, The Vitamin Shoppe, Dunkin’ Donuts, SuperCuts and many more.   This center is strategically located at a traffic light, has four-way access, over 235 parking spaces and is surrounded by national retailers such as Best Buy, Starbucks, Pier 1 Imports, AutoZone, CVS, DSW, Petco, Kohl’s and more.  Currently, there are stores available for lease ranging from 1,540 – 7,740 square feet.
