This is the premier retail center in market and is anchored by Walmart, Best Buy, Acme, PetSmart, United Artist Theaters, HomeGoods, Marshalls, DSW, Old Navy, and Michael’s. The center is located along Route 6 which is highly trafficked with over 19,000 cars per day.
Wingstop has signed a 10-year lease for 1,970 SF at 500 Main Street in New Rochelle, NY. Located in the heart of downtown New Rochelle, this site has excellent visibility and high foot traffic. Nearby retailers include CVS, Planet Fitness, AT&T, H&R Block, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Regal New Rochelle, Residence Inn, and many more.
Wingstop has signed a 10-year lease for 1,304 SF at 132 Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers, NY. This site is in close proximity to the Saw Mill River Parkway and I-87. Co-tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Domino’s, Boost Mobile, Elmsford Wine Warehouse, and more.

Wingstop is looking for 1,400 – 2,000 SF sites in the Bronx and Westchester County, in high traffic areas.
