Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce they have brokered 3 Verizon deals in New Jersey.

In Millburn, Verizon has leased 2,052 SF at 296 Millburn Avenue in downtown Millburn within minutes of the Millburn train station and prominent retailers such as Trader Joe’s, CVS and Starbucks.  Verizon shares a mixed-use development with F45 Training and apartments on the upper floors and enjoys abundant parking in the rear of the building.  Initial lease term is 10 years.  Bill Farkas and Teddy Shamma from Jeffery Realty represented the Landlord on this transaction.

In Willowbrook, Verizon has leased 1,323 SF at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne which is anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and JC Penney along with 170 other retailers.  Initial lease term is 10 years. 

In Parsippany, Verizon has leased 1,629 SF at the Troy Hills Shopping Center on Route 46 in Morris County.  Anchor tenants at the center are Target, Floor & Décor and Michael’s.  Initial lease term is 10 years.
