We’re glad to have found a solution by bringing AP HVAC & Plumbing to Rockland Center, securing yet another wonderful tenant here,” states Zach Landes, who along with David Landes, Principal of Royal Properties, Inc, represented the landlord in this deal. Co-tenants include ALDI, TJ Maxx, Sierra, Marshalls (coming soon), HomeGoods, Kirkland’s Home Décor, Michaels, PetSmart, Party City, AutoZone, McDonald’s, Chili’s, Five Guys, Sterling Optical, and more. Neighboring tenants include Stop & Shop, Apple, Petco, Costco, Target, Home Depot, and many more. The center is highly trafficked due to its prime location along Route 59, which sees 31,763 cars per day.

We currently have 2,000-4,000 SF available inline as well as a pad site drive through development opportunity close to Route 59.
