Tesla has leased 42,000 feet in Commerce Park at the former NY Sports Club. Located off of Exit 6 on I-95 at the Old Greenwich and Stamford border, Tesla will be situated near neighboring retailers including ShopRite, Banfield Pet Hospital, K9 Resorts, Sola Salons, Dunkin’ Donuts, Orangetheory Fitness, First County Bank, Stop & Shop, Home Depot, Starbucks, Ethan Allen, and many more. West Main Street (Route 1) sees 16,245 cars per day and I-95 sees 181,400 cars per day.
