Salsa Fresca has leased 2,074 square feet and New York Blood Center has leased 2,333 square feet. They will join cotenants such as Jersey Mike’s Subs, Mid-Hudson Valley FCU, Vape N Smoke, and ReMax. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, ShopRite, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, and many more. Traffic counts on Route 9 are 40,000 per day and 52,500 per day along I-84.
