Secondly, We R Wireless signed a lease for 2,280 square feet at 19 West Palisade Avenue in Edgemont, NJ. This store will enjoy the visibility of Palisade Avenue while benefiting from its adjacency to Palisade Court. We R Wireless also signed a lease for 2,334 square feet in Edgewater Marketplace at 715-725 River Road in Edgewater, NJ. Co-Tenants will include Trader Joe’s, PetValu, Café Bene and Chase among other upscale retailers. Farron Roboff of Royal Properties, Inc. represented the tenant in all three transactions. Wireless Depot also signed a lease for 1,272 square feet in Glenwood Village at 300 Glenwood Avenue in Bloomfield, NJ. Glenwood Village is a new mixed use development in downtown Bloomfield.
