Royal Properties Inc. is pleased to announce that we have brokered a deal to bring Pure Barre to Greenbaum Square in Wappingers Falls, New York. Pure Barre has signed a 10-year lease for 1,287 SF. This is Pure Barre’s first location in Dutchess County.

Greenbaum Square is a newly developed 15,410 SF shopping center. The center includes Ulster Savings Bank, Verizon, Miracle Ear, Heritage Food + Drink and Orthodontist. Neighboring retailers include BJ’s Wholesale Club, Walgreens, Home Depot, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Planet Fitness and many more. The center is highly visible along Route 9 which sees 47,574 cars per day.
