“Smoothie King was open to looking at many sites throughout Rockland County, however this New City location stood out due to its close proximity to neighboring office buildings, co-tenancy, and traffic along Main Street,” states Jeff Kintzer, Principal of Royal Properties, who along with Jim Aries, represented the tenant. Schuckman Realty represented the landlord.

New City Center is a 125,110 SF shopping center in the heart of the New City business district. The center is anchored by ShopRite. Other tenants include Apple Bank, Dunkin, 7-Eleven, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Supercuts, Carvel, Footsies Spa, and more. Neighboring retailers include Starbucks, Retro Fitness, CVS, McDonald’s, Stop & Shop, and Walgreens.
