Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce Scott Meshil has been promoted to Managing Director. Since 2003, Scott has been actively involved in Royal Properties’ continued growth. He has secured numerous landlord exclusives with firms such as Philips International, Heidenberg Properties Group, Simone Development, Wakefern Food Corp., Mehlich Associates, Time Equities, Chase Enterprises, and Kempner Properties. Scott has exclusively represented national retailers such as Planet Fitness, Dunkin’ Donuts, Access Physical Therapy & Wellness, Wingstop, Domino’s, SuperCuts, and Popeyes. Additionally, Scott has brokered deals with Stop & Shop, Tractor Supply, AutoZone, Harbor Freight, Nuvance Health, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Cohen’s Fashion Optical, and Taco Bell.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Scott was born and raised in Westchester County, NY where he continues to reside with his wife and two children.
