Milan Laser has leased 1,631 square feet, joining Starbucks, Mattress Firm, Panera Bread, Chase Bank, Verizon, Cold Stone Creamery, and Subway. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Pet Supplies Plus, AT&T, and many more.  The site is located directly off Exit 13 on I-84 at the intersection of Route 9, one of Dutchess County’s greatest retail corners. Traffic counts are 40,000 per day along Route 9 and 51,000 on I-84.
