Westport Avenue sees around 23,400 cars per day. Neighboring tenants include Whole Foods, Staples, Advance Auto Parts, Stew Leonard’s, Starbucks, Bank of America, and more.
“We had several different retailers interested in this space, but Performance Optimal Health was the best fit, and they have a great track record and will be relocating their Westport location here,” states Jeff Kintzer, Principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who represented the landlord.
