Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Stretchlab has signed a long-term lease at at 29 Washington Avenue, Pleasantville, New York.
Stretchlab has leased 993 square feet in the heart of Pleasantville, located next to the Washington Avenue Lofts which is a new mixed-use residential/retail development, featuring ground floor retail space with 13’ ceiling heights and 24 modern residences on the second and third floors. This site is within a block of Pleasantville’s Metro-North Train Station and the Jacob Burns Film Center. Stretchlab will join retailers such as Chase Bank and King’s Crown Wine & Spirits, as well as neighboring retailers like Dunkin’, Starbucks, CVS, Key Food, ShopRite, and more.
“We have received a great deal of interest in this site, but ownership was very particular to bring in uses that don’t overlap with what the town already has. Stretchlab is the perfect tenant for the residential tenants in the building and the community as a whole,” states Jeff Kintzer, who represented the landlord in this transaction. Lisa Daniel of Ripco represented the tenant.
