Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that GolfTec has signed three long-term leases in the New York/New Jersey Metro Area. All three stores are in strong shopping centers with traffic-generating anchors, adjacent to major roads and highways:

Woodbridge, NJ – Opening this Fall, GolfTec signed a ten-year lease for a 3,297 SF endcap at the Woodbridge Crossing Shopping Center, 465 Green Street. Woodbridge Crossing is a 285,229 SF power center anchored by Big Lots, Burlington and Party City. Across the street from the Woodbridge Center Mall and with direct access to Routes 1 & 9, it is clearly in Woodbridge’s retail hub.

Jersey City, NJ – GolfTec will open Winter 2023 in Newport Plaza, 125 18th Street, in a 2,840 SF facility.  Newport Plaza is an 80,000 SF Simon center anchored by Acme and Best Buy and shadow anchored by Target. It is in the heart of Jersey City’s office and retail central business district along the Hudson River.

Huntington, NY – Opening in Spring 2023, GolfTec signed a ten-year lease for 2,819 SF in Huntington Commons, 839 New York Avenue. GolfTec is part of the major revitalization of this 575,000 SF power center owned by Urban Edge Properties.  Anchors include Home Depot, Marshalls, and a new ShopRite.
