Westchester’s Ridge Hill is a 1.3 million square foot mixed-use power center made up of premium retailers, restaurants, and entertainment such as Lowe’s, TJ Maxx, Sierra Trading, Legoland Discovery Center, Showcase Cinema Deluxe, iFly Indoor Skydiving, Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park, Apple, Whole Foods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, REI, The Container Store, H&M, UNIQLO, The Cheesecake Factory, The Yard House, Lord & Taylor and many more.  Ridge Hill offers several multi-level parking structures and street parking throughout the shopping center and is directly off I-87 (NY State Thruway) and the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers, NY.   Ridge Hill has 1,000 – 30,000 square feet available for lease.
