CKO leased a combination of 2nd and 3rd floor space in downtown Mamaroneck This redevelopment is in the heart of the busy retail and entertainment corridor of Mamaroneck and is in close proximity to Mamaroneck Harbor.
CKO Kickboxing was originally formed in Hoboken, NJ in 1997. This fitness kickboxing franchise became so popular in Hoboken, that by 2004, nine additional locations opened throughout NJ and NY. In the summer of 2005, CKO opened the doors to its second Hoboken gym and today has over 57 locations. Karnit Mosberg and Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties, Inc. represented CKO Kickboxing in this transaction. Gene Berger of Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. represented the landlord.
