Royal Properties, Inc. is proud to announce that Rick Stassa has completed three furniture deals in the Bronx in the third and fourth quarters of 2016.

Mr. Stassa represented both the landlord and tenant in the leasing of 25 & 52 West Fordham Road.  Danny’s Furniture and Samira Furniture leased the spaces respectively. Danny’s Furniture signed a five-year lease in 1,700 square feet to open his third store and Samira Furniture signed a ten-year lease to open their second store.  Neighboring retailers include Payless Shoes, Rite Aid, Checkers, Rainbow, McDonald’s, La Nacional, and Bank of America.

In his third transaction, Mr. Stassa represented Furniture City in their leasing the former Fulton Furniture Store in the bustling South Bronx trade area commonly known as “The Hub”.  Furniture City signed a five-year lease for 9,600 square feet to open their third store.  They also have a large furniture warehouse in the Bronx.  Neighboring retailers include Aldi, Forman Mills, Sleepy’s, Petland Discounts and Modell’s. CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
