This center provides parking for 1,420 vehicles and traffic counts of over 24,000 cars per day on Route 10 (Dixwell Avenue).

Branford Dental Group, LLC signed a 10 year lease for 2,356 square feet in Branhaven Plaza located at West Main Street & Short Beach Road in Branford, CT. Branhaven Plaza is a 191,352 square foot shopping center with co-tenants including Big Y, Kohl’s, Bank of America, Pet Valu, Jenny Craig, The Paper Store, Edible Arrangements, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Payless Shoesource, GameStop, GNC, SuperCuts and many more. There is currenlty 1,380 & 3,720 square feet available for lease within this center.
